PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
1.Foam Backing PVC Coil Mat can be used for hotel, home, office, outdoor, car,etc.
2.Spike Backing PVC Coil Mat can be used for car mat .
3.Thickness from 12-20mm.

The extrusion production line for PVC coil - mat is usually composed of an extruder, a T - shaped die head, a cooling and shaping device, a traction machine and a cutting machine, etc. The extruder heats and melts PVC resin and other raw materials, and the melted materials are sprayed out through the pores of the T - shaped die head. After rapid cooling and shaping, they are pulled by the traction machine, and finally cut to the required size by the cutting machine. For single - color coil mats, two extruders are needed, and for double - color coil mats, three extruders are required.
